MistyPop™ Shipping Policy

At MistyPop™, we believe the magic should start the moment you click "Order." We are committed to getting your magical treats to your doorstep safely, quickly, and with full transparency.

1. Fast & Tracked Canadian Shipping 🇨🇦

We proudly ship across Canada. To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we use reliable, tracked shipping partners.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–9 business days.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We often offer FREE Tracked Delivery on specific products or orders over a certain value (check our homepage for current promotions!).

  • Flat Rate: For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your MistyPop™ package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse directly to your door.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your code.

4. Our "On-Time" Guarantee

Your time is valuable. If your order does not arrive within our estimated delivery window due to a courier delay, we will provide delay compensation to make it right. We believe in accountability!

5. Damage & Quality Assurance

We pack our bath treats with extra care to ensure they arrive fizzy and whole. However, if your items are damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us at mistypopcontact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • We will provide immediate damage compensation or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! MistyPop™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—once an order has been processed, we cannot change the destination.
